Don’t forget to stretch before and after physical activity. Stretching ensures that the muscles have tone and resistance, as well as elasticity, which helps prevent pulls and tears. Each major muscle group should be stretched for 60 seconds at least twice a week.
As a matter of fact, it is not necessary to use protein complexes in order to start or maintain any type of physical activity, and it is more important to consume a healthy and balanced diet.
